Callum Andrew -
Callum is an experienced HSE and construction professional with a strong technical background in wind energy, mechanical engineering, and high-risk construction environments. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Callum has led and supported safety operations across multiple major wind farm projects in the UK, the Netherlands, and Sweden, working from civil works and foundation stages through to heavy lifting, installation, and commissioning.
Callum has been a lead HSO on several global substantial construction projects and is recognised for his excellence in delivery, managing site-wide safety compliance, subcontractor engagement, and continuous improvement across complex installations.
His strong planning and organisational skills, coupled with a proactive approach to audits, incident prevention, and environmental compliance, have consistently raised safety standards on large-scale sites.
Beginning his career as a mechanical engineering apprentice, Callum’s technical precision and natural leadership led him into aerospace and offshore decommissioning before transitioning into renewable energy.
Mark Andrew -
Mark is a senior HSE Director with over 30 years of experience leading health, safety, and environmental strategies across large-scale construction, renewable energy, and offshore decommissioning projects throughout Europe, Latin America, and the UK.
His portfolio includes directing HSE operations for wind farms in Sweden and Chile—among the largest in their regions—supporting site activities from civil works and turbine installation through to commissioning and energisation. Mark has also supported the safety strategy behind major industrial construction projects contributing to Europe’s green steel transition, ensuring rigorous compliance and site-level execution in technically complex environments.
He is a certified Incident & Investigation Root Cause Specialist, with a proven track record in leading detailed investigations, implementing lessons learned, and driving continuous improvement in high-risk sectors. His leadership has been critical in managing contractor compliance, delivering board-level safety insights, and aligning regional practices with global strategic objectives.
Antony High -
Antony is a highly experienced HSE Director with a strong background in managing health, safety, and environmental performance across large-scale construction and renewable energy projects. He has led HSE operations on some of the world’s most complex sites, including South America’s largest wind farm and major industrial developments across Sweden and the UK.
His expertise spans wind energy, civil infrastructure, and high-risk construction environments, including involvement in green steel projects that form part of Europe’s industrial transition toward sustainable operations. With a practical, people-focused approach, Antony has consistently delivered safety improvements through proactive site leadership, compliance strategies, and risk mitigation planning.
Antony’s earlier career as a national charity director in the UK, recognised by both the Prime Minister and the Queen, shaped his ability to lead teams with integrity, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose. He brings this same drive to CMA Safety, helping clients deliver safer, more resilient operations.
